Brewed Social provides social media management, content creation, lead generation, website building, funnel design, social media automation, and related marketing services for cafΓ©s, restaurants, and food businesses. Packages are described on the Services page and may include:

π– š The Full Roast Experience

π– š Optional growth add-ons, such as basic Facebook ads and advanced automation

All services are provided remotely. Full brand identity design, advanced production, and paid advertising budgets are not included.

3. HighLevel (Marketing Automation Software)

Some services may require integration with HighLevel. Your subscription to HighLevel is separate from our services. Brewed Social can assist with setup and guidance, but the client is responsible for any costs associated with the HighLevel subscription.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

π– š Provide accurate and complete information about their business, branding, and social media accounts.

π– š Respond to Brewed Social communications in a timely manner.

π– š Supply necessary content, assets, and approvals as requested.

π– š Ensure that all materials provided do not violate copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights

5. Service Delivery and Timeline

π– š Brewed Social will outline timelines and deliverables in the proposal provided to each client.

π– š Timelines may be adjusted based on client responsiveness, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

π– š Any additional services outside the agreed scope may require separate agreements and fees.

6. Payment Terms

π– š Fees for services are outlined in the proposal and on the Services page.

π– š Local clients are billed in PHP; international clients in USD.

π– š Payments are due as specified in the invoice or agreement.

π– š Brewed Social reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

π– š Packages and services are prepaid for the agreed period.

π– š Refunds are not provided for services already delivered.

π– š Clients may cancel future services with written notice. Any work already completed prior to cancellation will remain billable.

8. Intellectual Property

π– š All content, strategies, and materials created by Brewed Social remain the intellectual property of Brewed Social until full payment has been received.

π– š Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to use content for their business purposes only.

π– š Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to Brewed Social.

9. Limitation of Liability

π– š Brewed Social makes reasonable efforts to deliver professional services but cannot guarantee specific results such as increased sales, leads, or social media performance.

π– š Brewed Social is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the service period.

Confidential information does not include publicly available data or information required to be disclosed by law.

11. Termination

π– š Brewed Social reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these Terms and Conditions.

π– š Clients may terminate services with written notice; fees for work already completed remain due.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

Brewed Social reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
